The Firhill team is led by Chantal Wright, General Manager, who oversees the day-to-day running of Firhill and ensures you have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living experience.

You’ll find the team based at Firhill Reception, open Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm
Outside of these hours, our onsite Security team are available to support you.

Domestic and Maintenance staff
Our Domestic and Maintenance team play a vital role in keeping your accommodation safe, clean, and comfortable. Here’s what you can expect from them:
They clean and maintain communal areas (excluding your bedroom)
Maintenance carries out minor repairs and helps with the general upkeep of the building
Assisting the Accommodation Manager with the smooth operation of the site
Remember - while our team maintains shared spaces, it’s important that you do your part too. Keep your bedroom, shared kitchen, and communal areas clean. Dispose of rubbish correctly using the external bin facilities provided — don’t leave waste on the ground where it can attract pests
If you’re unsure about your cleaning responsibilities, just ask — our staff are happy to help and will check in regularly to ensure standards are maintained
Security Team
Our Security team is on-site after the property team finishes for the day, helping to keep the building safe, secure, and peaceful for everyone living here.
They help maintain a calm and respectful environment – so don’t be surprised if they ask you to keep the noise down after 11pm
They are here for your safety and wellbeing, so please feel free to approach them if you have any concerns or need assistance
