The Kelvingrove House team is led by:

General Manager Ali Zabe who oversees the day-to-day running of Kelvingrove House and ensures you have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living experience.

Resident Services Advisor Beth McColl to help and support at reception.

Maintenance Operative Bruce Smith to help fix all your maintenance issues 

Housekeeper Gloria Ibe is around to make sure the building is kept clean

You will find the team based at Kelvingrove House Reception, open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Outside of these hours, our Out of Hours team are available to support you.

Domestic and Maintenance staff

Our Domestic and Maintenance team play a vital role in keeping your accommodation safe, clean, and comfortable. Here’s what you can expect from them:

• They clean and maintain communal areas (excluding your bedroom)

• Maintenance carries out minor repairs and helps with the general upkeep of the building

• Assisting the Accommodation Manager with the smooth operation of the site

• Remember - while our team maintains shared spaces, it’s important that you do your part too. Keep your bedroom, shared kitchen, and communal areas clean. Dispose of rubbish correctly using the external bin facilities provided — don’t leave waste on the ground where it can attract pests

• If you’re unsure about your cleaning responsibilities, just ask — our staff are happy to help and will check in regularly to ensure standards are maintained.
