Did you know that regular physical activity has been widely proven to not only relieve stress and increase energy levels but also improve mood and boost confidence?
To help you take advantage of the physical and mental health benefits that come from a consistent exercise regime, the team at UofG Sport have introduced a special, six-week, Active Lifestyle Wellbeing programme that you can apply to join.
Consisting of one-to-one coaching sessions and small group training sessions with Active Lifestyle Wellbeing coordinators, the programme will introduce you to fitness in a relaxed and supportive environment and help you find the activities that will keep you motivated and active during your time at Uni and beyond!
Places on the programme are limited so, if you're interested in taking part, just complete the short Wellbeing Survey and the team will review your request.
