Our Autumn Accommodation Satisfaction Survey is now live!

In Accommodation Services, we’re always looking for ways to improve the quality of our residences and the service that we offer to students*, and your feedback is vital in helping us do this.

To find out how we performed during your arrivals period and learn more about your early accommodation experience, we have teamed up with Investors in Students to launch our exclusive Autumn 2025 Accommodation Satisfaction Survey.

We'd love to hear your feedback, so please take part and share your experience! The survey itself should only take around 6 minutes to complete and, because Investors in Students are a completely independent research company, you can be sure that your responses will be entirely confidential and secure.

The survey will close on Sunday 23 November 2025.
