The time has come again to unite for a night of Ceilidhs, superb suppers and spectacular Scottish shows all in the name of the late, great poet, Robert Burns.
Burns Night will officially take place on the 25th January and Glasgow is ready and waiting with a whole host of events!

At the University
Centre for Robert Burns Studies Conference
Hosted in collaboration with the National Trust for Scotland Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, the University of Glasgow's Centre for Robert Burns Studies Conference will be a wonderful opportunity to explore Burns' life and work and reflect upon his monumental legacy.
The event will be held at the Advanced Research Centre (ARC) on Saturday 17th January.
Burns and Nature at the Kelvin Hall
Find out more about Robert Burns and his interest in the natural world in this special event from the UofG's Centre for Robert Burns Studies and the National Library of Scotland.
Taking place in the Kelvin Hall on Wednesday 21 January, you'll be treated to poetry, song and a collections of special films from Moving Image Archive.
Dumfries Campus Burns Night Ceilidh
Where better to enjoy an evening an evening of ceilidh dancing, music and traditional Scottish food than in Robert Burns' home town!
The ceilidh will be held on Thursday 22nd in the Crichton Golf Club. If you're staying in Dumfries Hall be sure to take advantage of the free shuttle bus!
Sheena Wellington: Celebrating 225 Years of the Burns Supper in Song
In Glasgow on Thursday 22nd, you'll have the opportunity to celebrate 225 years of Burns Supper Songs, with legendary folk singer Sheena Wellington.
This special event will be held in the University Concert Hall.
UofG Welcome’s Big Burns Night Celebration
Head along to the beautiful Hunterian on Friday 30 January to enjoy a night of poetry, music, food, and dance at the Uni’s Big Burns Night Celebration!
You'll be able to enjoy a selection of amazing Scottish food and drink, including haggis, neeps, and tatties! There will be a Bagpipe performance, poetry recitals and you'll finish the evening with a brilliant Ceilidh in the Kelvin Gallery led by professional Scottish dance band.
This is one of the cheapest Burns Night celebrations we've found so far, so if you're on a budget then this one is for you!

Promising to be 'more than a Burns Night', on Sunday 25 January, the Ubiquitous Chip is offering food, drink, live music and ceilidh on Ashton Lane's famous cobbles!

Òran Mór in the heart of the West End are celebrating our National Bard on the 24th of January with Haggis Burns' poetry, music and whisky!
Burns Supper & Ceilidh at Cottiers Theatre
Cottiers promises a Burns Night to remember as they host their annual ceilidh to celebrate the immortal memory of our national Bard on the 24th.
There will be a three-course meal followed by a ceilidh, led by The Big Stupit’ Ceilidh Band!
Burns Night at Stravaigin
If you fancy a bit of humour with your haggis neeps and tatties you can check out Stravaigin's Caledonian Cowboy Burns Supper on Saturday 24th.
