How to report a Repair

During Office Hours

If the repair is an emergency and there is a risk to your safety or serious damage to the property, it is important you notify us immediately by calling us on 0141 440 0308.

The type of repairs that are considered emergencies are listed below:

• Unsafe power or lighting sockets or electrical fittings;
• Loss of electricity, gas or water supply;
• External windows, doors or locks which are not secured;
• Blocked toilets, sink, bath or basin;
• Blocked drains or pipes with sewage leaking out; and
• Significant leaking or flooding from a water or heating pipe, tank or cistern.

REPORT AN OUT OF HOURS REPAIR

For out of hours emergencies, please call 0800 595 595 immediately.

In the event of a gas leak call Scottish Gas emergencies on 0800 111 999

REPORT NON EMERGENCY REPAIRS

To raise a repair which is not an emergency, this can be reported online via our website at www.govanha.org.uk or by calling 0141 440 0308
