Top tips for ventilating your ensuite bathroom

Help keep your room free from condensation, mould and odour!

If you've been noticing some issues with condensation in your room after taking a shower, there are a few simple steps you can take to help clear the air.

Shut your bathroom door when showering.

When you finish showering, open your room window for a short while.

Don't dry towels on the radiator as this can create moisture in the air.

Opening your window on a regular basis is the most effective form of ventilation. Just remember to be security aware if you live on the ground floor.

If you experience any issues with your extractor fan be sure to report it to reception as soon as possible to get it sorted.

Most windows have a vent at the top that can be opened and can help with ventilation.
