Recipe of the Month: Leprechaun Bark

An easy to make St Patrick's day snack!
Leprechaun Bark - or Bait, depending on who you ask - is a sweet, St Patrick's day inspired snack that's very easy to make. It might look like bark but it certainly doesn't taste like it!
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 pound good melting milk chocolate
- 1 pound good melting white chocolate
- Green food colouring
- 1 cup of crushed M&M's (the recipe will work better if you pick out and use the green and brown M&M's)
- Cookies of your choice
- Green coloured sugar or green sprinkles.
...and here's how to make it:
Using whatever method you prefer, melt your chocolate and pour/spread it evenly on a baking sheet.. Let that layer sit while you melt your white chocolate. Once the white chocolate is melted stir in green food coloring until it reaches your desired shade of green.. Pour/spread the white chocolate over the regular chocolate layer. Top with your crushed M&M's and crushed cookies, and sprinkle with green sugar or sprinkles. Refrigerate until completely set. Break into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
