Kitchen Refurbishments for Academic Year 2025/26

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing student living spaces, we are pleased to announce the following refurbishments taking place during the 2025/26 academic year:

Shared Kitchen Areas: Counters and cupboards will be refurbished to upgrade the look and functionality of shared kitchen spaces.

Each kitchen will undergo a 1-day refurbishment so as not to cause too much disruption. 

Studio Rooms: Kitchen worktops in studio rooms will be upgraded to improve the overall living experience.

Each studio refurbishment will also take 1 day to complete.

We will communicate the refurbishment date, support initiatives and alternative arrangements for the day by email, so please make sure the site team have your current contact email address.

Upcoming Roof Works at Havannah House

We would like to inform residents of Havannah House that roof works are planned in the near future to install solar panels as part of our ongoing sustainability efforts.

Dates: To be confirmed (subject to permissions)

Impact: Minimal – most work will be external and should not affect access to or from the building

We will share further updates once the schedule is confirmed.
