Important Information Before Booking
Advanced Rent & Guarantor: A £250 advanced rent payment is required upon accepting your offer. If you choose to pay in instalments, you will need to provide a UK guarantor.
Contractual Agreement: Securing accommodation at Kaplan Living is your choice. You will be required to sign up to a legally binding Accommodation Agreement, and we strongly advise you to read the Terms and Conditions including any cancellation terms before signing. Your Accommodation Agreement will be with Kaplan Living, not the University of Glasgow.

Application Guide
After clicking on the link, you will be prompted to register with Kaplan Living. You should complete all required fields and make sure you select “Glasgow” in the “Select City for Booking” field. If you already have a Kaplan Living account, you should click the “Login” link at the top of the page.
