Blackfriars Team

• The Blackfriars team is led by Lachlann.
• Your regular Student Experience Team members are Kate, Sunny and Kerr. They will oversee the day-today operation of the site and can help you during your stay at Blackfriars and support you in navigating around Glasgow and Uni life!
• The onsite housekeeper is Angela- they'll support your stay by keeping the property clean, conducting a monthly kitchen healthcare visit and provide tips on how to keep your flat clean. Remember you are responsible for keeping your bedroom clean and tidy.
• Brian is your facilities team member and they support with getting things fixed around the site.
• Gary is your regular Student Safety Team member. Gary and the Safety Team will keep you safe overnight, supporting any late-night lock-outs or noise issues.
•  Our reception desk opening times are: 10am to 12pm, 3pm to 8pm, 7 days a week. Our site is staffed 24/7 for support in emergencies.

Allocations Team

What do they do?

• They manage room allocations in university residences.
• Contact them if you want to move room  or residence.
• They can also provide general advice on housing matters, including renting in the private sector.
• Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
