  2. Health benefits galore Stronger heart? Check. Lower blood pressure? Check. Lower disease risk? Check. The benefits of walking are endless...❤️
  3. Aids in weight loss You'll be burning calories and increasing your metabolism, plus walking is better than running for your knees. ⚖️
  4. Tone those muscles Who doesn't want get a little more toned? Walking will not only tone your calves, quads, hamstrings and glutes but can also help your core, back, arms and shoulders 💪
  5. Vitamin D boost Many people in the UK are vitamin D deficient, so walking outside will help you get those vitamins we all desperately need. Maybe wear some sunscreen if it's super sunny, though...🌞
  6. Extra energy Walking helps boost circulation and increases oxygen supply to every cell in your body, which will make you feel more alert and alive.⚡️
  7. Makes you happy Walking is exercising. So, you'll be releasing endorphins and reducing stress and anxiety, which means your mood will be boosted!🥰
  8. Discover new things Whether you're walking your local streets, the park, canal towpaths or a nature reserve, you're bound to discover something new you otherwise wouldn't have.🗺️

Remember, it's easy. All you have to do is put one foot in front of the other, and soon you'll be walking out the door...
