In aid of Glasgow North East Foodbank

This year, University of Glasgow's Student and Academic Services and Commercial Services are supporting Glasgow North East Foodbank (seeded by the Trussell Trust) to try and help struggling individuals and families have a wonderful Christmas.

We have set up several collection points on campus and at Garscube so, if you would like to support the campaign by donating a few items, we'd be delighted to pass them on.

All donations are gratefully received, with the below items being particularly in need:

• Tinned fruit/veg

• Tinned meat/fish

• Toiletries/ Gift sets

• Tinned tomatoes

• Biscuits/ Selection boxes

• Tea/ Coffee

• Pasta and Sauces

• Tinned potatoes

• Longlife Milk

• Soap powder

• Sugar/ spreads

• Rice

• Packets or tins of soup

• Christmas sweets

Donation Box Locations

If you would like to donate any items, please look out for our donation boxes at:

• The Stevenson Building
• The Gilchrist Cafe
• Garscube Sports Complex
• Maclay Residences

All the boxes will be in place until Wednesday 17th December when they will be collected and distributed to the foodbank.
