Who doesn't love a freshly made pizza? Try it yourself at home using these super easy and quick recipes.

P.S. You can make any of these pizzas with your favourite toppings - get creative! 

Quick and easy pizza dough

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  • Add the warm water, sugar and yeast to a large mixing bowl. Mix together and rest for 5 minutes. 
  • Add in the flour and salt. Mix with your hands until it forms a round ball of dough. 
  • Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for 10 minutes. 
  • Remove your dough from the bowl and put onto a floured surface. You can now cut it into four pieces and roll it out using a rolling pin to form a circle pizza base. 
  • Top with a BBQ sauce, marinara or pesto as your base and add any ingredients you like! 
  • Bake on a tray in the oven at 200ºC for around 15-20 minutes.

Ready roll pizza rolls

Ingredients

  • Ready roll shortcrust pastry
  • Pizza sauce (e.g. tomato purée, passata) 
  • Italian seasoning
  • Grated cheese
  • Pepperoni

Method

  1. Spread out your ready roll shortcrust pastry on a flat surface, then cover it in your pizza sauce, spreading it evenly. 
  2. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated cheese on top. 
  3. Slice the covered dough into 1-inch strips. Add a slice of pepperoni to the middle of each strip before rolling tightly. 
  4. Place them in a deep oven-proof dish, sprinkle with more cheese and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 25-30 minutes. 

BBQ Chicken wrap pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 wrap
  • 40g BBQ sauce
  • 10g tomato ketchup
  • Pepper
  • Sweetcorn
  • 120g cooked chicken
  • 30g cheese
  • Mixed herb seasoning

Method

  • Put the wrap on a flat surface and spread your BBQ sauce on top, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Add your seasonings and toppings. 
  • Cook in the oven on 180ºC for 8-10 minutes.
