111

The 111 service is an important service that will provide you with urgent care telephone support in instances where;

  • you're not able to access your GP or Dentist
  • you think you may need to go to A&E but aren't sure
  • you think you need to visit a Minor Injuries Unit
  • you're experiencing mental health issue and need urgent care

When you call 111, you'll hear a message with a range options to choose from so be sure to listen carefully and chose the correct option. This will make sure that you are transferred through to the correct service quickly and efficiently.

It's also important to note that, once connected, you should stay on hold and don't hang up and redial. This will cost you your place and put your call to the back of the queue.
