Symptom Checker
The NHS Inform symptom checker is a quick and safe way to get the advice you need.
After answering a few questions, you'll receive guidance on what to do next, and how soon to do it. This could be self-care advice, or recommendation to visit your pharmacist, speak to your GP, or to call 111.
Service Directory
If you're looking for more information about the status and location of health and wellbeing services including GP practices, dental services and support groups you'll find it all on the Service Directory.
Mind-to-Mind
In the Mind-to-Mind section you'll be able watch fascinating mental wellbeing video stories that share helpful advice and tips.
There's also a range of digital guides that have been developed to support a range of conditions including anger or stress, anxiety, bereavement, chronic pain, sleep problems and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
