Welcome to Havannah House, our Merchant City residence managed in partnership with iQ Students.

What's in Havannah House?

🔵 Havannah House only accommodates University of Glasgow students.

🔵 All rooms are furnished with 3/4-sized bed with underbed storage (small double), desk area complete with bookshelves, chair and wardrobe.

🔵 All bedrooms have a private shower and toilet.

🔵 Havannah House has a traditional layout with ensuite bedrooms set off a corridor.

🔵 Kitchens have a microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table, chairs and oven/hob. Some kitchens have induction hobs. If you are purchasing additional cookware please be aware of this.

🔵 Kitchens have a lounge area with sofa and TV

🔵 There is a lift to reach the upper floors.

🔵 There is no car parking at Havannah House but the closest Pay and Display parking is Duke Street.

Havannah House is located at 16 Havannah Street, in the heart of the city's vibrant Merchant City. Just minutes from Glasgow City Centre.
