Come along to meet other students in your halls, make new connections, win some great prizes, and start getting to know your new community. Whether you come with your flatmates or on your own, everyone is welcome!

Welcome Talks

These are mandatory sessions for students to receive important information about their residence and a great way to meet other people from your halls so make sure to register.

We have loads planned to help you get involved, meet new people, build community in your halls, enjoy some healthy cross halls competition and see more of Scotland!

ResLife Engagement Survey 

The ResLife Engagement Survey is your chance to tell us what events you'd love to see in your halls, helps us plan your semester 1 events and enter the Prize draw for the chance win one of 10 prizes worth between £20 and £50!  

Volunteers with your Halls Activity Team 

Students living within our accommodations can volunteer their time and join the Halls Activity Team (H.A.T.), a group which work together to put on a variety of different events across the year. We recruit HAT roles at each of our sites, so there will be an individual HAT group per accommodation.

If you're interested in joining your hall's HAT or would like more info, you can complete the ResLife Engagement Survey (above) and select the 'contact me with more info' option under the Halls Activity Team section.'

Accommodation E-induction

Have you completed your accommodation E-induction? The mandatory E-induction is a great way to get all the essential information on things like staying safe, security and life in accommodation so be sure to get it completed before you check in.

Arrivals Day Filming Opportunity

How would you like to share your move-in journey and record your first moments at UofG for posterity? On Friday 11 September, we'll have a filming crew on site at Murano Street to document all the action and excitement of an arrivals weekend so we'd love to have you take part!
