The Student Apartments Office will be closed from 14.30pm on Monday 23 December and will re-open at 08.00am on Friday 3 January 2025.

Residents needing assistance outside office hours can contact University Security who will be available 24 hours a day at the Gatehouse, just inside the University's Main Gate on University Avenue. They can be reached by phone on 0141 330 4282 or through the SafeZone app.

The Student Apartments Office at 89 Gibson Street will be staffed as follows during the winter break. Lister House and Dumfries residents should also contact the team here by phone or email.

Lister House

Lister House office will reopen on Tuesday 07 January 2025 (normal opening hours) and thereafter will open Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

If you are going to be staying with us over the festive period remember that there is lots of assistance available at the residences 24/7 and from University Security! 

24/7 Student Support Line

Throughout the winter break you will also have access to our 24/7 Student support line. You can call them free of charge on 0800 028 3766 or you can download the app by going to your App Store and searching for Wisdom. Through the app you'll find a wealth of support resources and can connect directly with a counsellor.

Estranged and Care Experienced Student Society

If you are care-experienced, estranged or both, the Estranged and Care Experienced Student Society will help you find other people with similar backgrounds and histories and create a non-judgmental, welcoming space that is open to all.
