Did you know?

You can use your online Accommodation portal throughout the year to manage your stay as well as to print off those VERY important documents you are VERY likely to need.

Accommodation Online lets you…

  1. Request Pre-Term Accommodation: Arriving early? Just go online and request the extra days.*
  2. Print a Proof of Address Letter: You may need a proof of address letter when registering with the NHS, opening a bank account or as a reference for new landlords. 
  3. Early Departure Form: Leaving earlier than expected? Let us know!**
  4. Book Summer Extension: Thinking about staying on to experience the gorgeous Glaswegian summer? The opportunity to extend your stay will be available from Spring onwards.
  5. Room Transfer: Submit your request to move to another room/residence within the University portfolio.*

How to access

You can log in to your accommodation portal in 2 ways:

  • Visit: (https://onlineapps.accom.gla.ac.uk/) and log in using the username and password you created when you first applied for accommodation.  If you have forgotten your username or password read on to find out how to reset.

OR

  • By logging into MyGlasgow and clicking on the 'Accommodation' link on the left-hand side.

Forgotten your username or password?

Don't panic! Just follow the Lost your login details? button. You will be asked to enter an email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. You will then receive a second email confirming the password has been reset and confirmation of your username.
