Please don't bring any of these items
We’ll remove any of these banned items from your flat and they will be made available to collect when you leave. Please refer to the Confiscation of Items policy for further information.
- Candles/tea lights/naked flame
- Incense sticks & burners Heaters – including gas/ paraffin
- Electric blankets
- Plug in air freshener
- Humidifier/ dehumidifier
- Additional white goods including fridges/ freezers
- Electric scooters/ electric bikes
- Plug in fairy lights
- Non CE/BS plugs
- More than 4 no. plug adaptors
- Smoking/ smoking paraphernalia (including vapes)
- Salt lamps
- Deep fat frying
- Steamers
Not to be used in bedrooms
- Kettles
- Coffee makers
- Rice cookers
- Toasters/ toastie maker
