Would you like to learn a range of practical skills that will help you effectively and proactively manage your wellbeing and mental health? 

The University’s Counselling & Wellbeing Services have created a fantastic Wellbeing Matters Programme that will help you throughout your time at university and beyond!

The programme consists of several fascinating, 45 to 60 minute sessions that will be delivered via Zoom. All students are very welcome to join in and you can attend all the topics or just drop into single sessions that are of interest.
