Welcome to Lister House! We hope you have a safe journey to Glasgow and that you will enjoy your time with us.

Arrival and Key Collection

Lister House, 22 Winton Drive, Glasgow, G12 0QA

The office at Lister House is only open part-time (Tuesdays and Thursdays 0930-1200hrs), we need you to tell us when you will arrive so that we can plan for you to receive your keys.

Please give us as much notice as possible of your expected arrival date and time.

Please email us on lister@glasgow.ac.uk with this information, even if you have previously provided it to another address within the University of Glasgow.

Once we receive this information you will receive an email confirmation that we have noted your arrival date and time and provide you with your key collection instructions, we understand that plans can sometimes be changed and we will always do our best to accommodate any changes.

E-induction

Prior to your arrival, please complete the mandatory online E-induction which can be found in the accommodation online portal. In the E-induction you’ll find out about many aspects of residence life including fire safety and student welfare. You’ll also be able to print your Arrival Pass which you can use when checking in.
