Well, it's December and we’re now officially in winter so Bulletin #7 includes our best tips for facing the Scottish elements, some great recipes for a tasty winter meal and some of the best places you can go for a winter walk! We’ve also got the December’s What’s On Guide and much more😀

There’s a distinctly festive feel to our December What’s On guide as we share some of the most interesting Christmas and New Year activities going on at the Uni and in Glasgow. Lots of great bands in town too!

This year, Accommodation Services are supporting Glasgow North East Foodbank to try and help struggling individuals and families. If you've got any unwanted food or toiletries, all donations would be gratefully received!

With the exam season kicking off next week, we’ve collated some important information to help you find out more about about timetables, exam regulations, and sources of support through the Uni's exam support website.

If you need a break from the books, why not take a winter walk through our lovely city!

Make sure you are ready for anything the Scottish winter throws at you with out top winter tips!

The temperatures may be starting to drop but you can ensure you’re always warm with our handy hacks.

A few easy, affordable and tasty treats you can make that will bring everyone in your flat together. If you head to the UofGFood section, you'll also find recipes for winter snack you can make in a mug, gingerbread bakes and lots more!

Looking to decorate your flat but are stuck on a budget? Here are some cost-effective ways to bring some Christmas cheer to your Glasgow home!

Just remember not to use plug-in fairy lights, ensure that Christmas trees or decorations don't block any fire exits and keep all decorations away from light fittings or anything that has potential to cause a fire!
