It's the second Bulletin of 2026 and we've got lots of useful info to share with you! There's a guide to Burns Night, laundry tips, fire safety and much more!

On 25 January, Scots around the world will be celebrating the life Robert Burns, the nation’s most renowned and celebrated poet. Find out a bit more information about the man himself and the celebrations.

There’s going to be lots going on to celebrate the Bard in and around the West End! Here are some of the most popular!

With food, and haggis in particular, playing such a big role in Burns Night, it wouldn’t be right not to include some recipes to try!

Looking for another way to have Haggis? Here's a delicious option for you to try!

Did you know that Dumfries, the town where Burns lived and is buried, is also home to a University of Glasgow campus? If you’d like to get out and visit the great man’s house and experience the town that gave him so much inspiration, we have included our Dumfries guide.

Think you’ve got the skills to smash your way to victory? Join your flatmates and new friends for our brilliant Ping Pong (Table Tennis) Competition! Coming to Maclay Residences, Murano Street, Havannah House and Frill Court in February.
