Arrival Weekend

Find out where and when you can collect your keys!

Have you completed your accommodation E-induction? The E-induction is mandatory and should be completed before you check in. It's got lots useful of information and advice on safety, security and life in accommodation so don't delay!

Your Residence

Have you sorted out your bedding for the upcoming year? If you would like to purchase through our partners UniKitOut and have your bedding delivered straight to your residence in time for your arrival, remember that there is an order deadline of Saturday 5 September. For more information on UniKitOut and all your other options for bedding, check out our handy guide.

Get yourself connected to UofG Residence Wi-Fi! If you're going to Havannah House, Kelvin Court, Kelvingrove House, or Thurso Street, your site reception will have more information on the Wi-Fi and internet.

In most of our residences, you’ll be able to complete an Online Room Inventory after checking in.

ResLife Welfare and Community

The ResLife welfare team are ready to support you with any wellbeing concerns you might have as you settle into your new home. You can learn more about what they provide and when they are available.

ResLife will be launching our welcome week events on the 31st of August, so check out the events page to make sure your don't miss out! There will be social parties, chill activities, welcome talks and more for you to get involved in and start meeting people within your halls! Book your spaces early to avoid missing out!

By completing the ResLife Engagement Survey (below), you'll be helping us shape our Semester 1 events program to include events you're excited about, as well as helping us learn how to best support you as you transition into Halls life 🎉 Plus you can enter the prize draw for your chance to win one of 10 prizes worth between £20 and £50!
