Over the Christmas break, the Blackfriars office will be open, as normal, Mondays to Sundays, 10am to 12pm, 3pm to 8pm.
Outside these hours, the site will be staffed 24/7 and you can get in touch with any anything urgent through the Unite app or by contacting the Emergency Contact Centre on 0300 303 1611.
Staying in halls over the hols? There's always someone to help!
If you are going to be staying with us over the festive period remember that there is lots of assistance available at the residences 24/7 and from University Security!
Security
As well as your local security team, you can always get in touch with our University Security team. They can be reached on 0141 330 4444, via the Safezone app or by dropping by to see them at the Gatehouse on main campus.
24/7 Student Support Line
Throughout the winter break you will also have access to our 24/7 Student support line. You can call them free of charge on 0800 028 3766 or you can download the app by going to your App Store and searching for Wisdom. Through the app you'll find a wealth of support resources and can connect directly with a counsellor.

Estranged and Care Experienced Student Society

Our Residence Life teams will be stopping for a well-earned Christmas break on Sunday 22nd December but they'll be back on duty on Friday 3rd January 2025.
